SNAIL MAIL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Snail Mail Subscription is a recurring physical mailing delivered once a month.

Billing & Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Cultivating Wild to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Charges occur automatically on your billing date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. 

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted by the last day of each month to avoid being charged and receiving the following month’s letter.

Shipping

Subscription mailings ship on or around the 10th of each month. Delivery times vary depending on location and postal carrier.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost mail.

Address Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address. Cultivating Wild is not responsible for packages shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

No Refund Policy

All Snail Mail Subscription purchases are final sale.

Because each mailing is prepared in advance and inventory is reserved specifically for subscribers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a charge has been processed.

If your subscription arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello @ cultivatingwild.com, and we will gladly work to make it right.

Email Communications

When you subscribe or make a purchase, you will receive transactional emails related to your order and subscription.

If you opt into our Garden Gossip newsletter, you may also receive occasional marketing emails filled with seasonal notes, updates, and offerings. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.
