We provide planting support to our design clients, helping bring your landscape vision to life.
Once your design is finalized, our team sources all plants from trusted local growers and vendors. We then carefully install each plant using proper techniques to ensure long-term health and vitality.
The Process
Planting typically follows a thoughtful sequence: structural plants, like specimen trees and shrubs, are placed first; followed by perennials and grasses; and finally, groundcovers and annuals are positioned to complement and unify the overall design.
While we adhere closely to your design plan, we also make intuitive adjustments as needed to ensure the garden flows naturally.
Timing may vary—some plantings can be completed quickly, while others are scheduled to match seasonal conditions to ensure long-term health of the garden.
This service is available as an add-on to our landscape + edible design packages only. Cost is based on project and scope.
Other Support to Bring Your Garden to Life
For clients who enjoy getting their hands in the soil, we can place plants in their correct locations while leaving the digging and installation to you.
While we focus on plantings, clients are responsible for hiring local contractors for hardscaping, masonry, excavation, grading, rainwater management, tree and shrub removal, and other built features.
We are available to support these efforts by gathering bids, coordinating schedules, communicating with contractors, and providing aesthetic oversight to ensure the overall design is realized beautifully.
